If so, please consider joining us for the National Diabetes Prevention Program.
This CDC-recognized diabetes prevention lifestyle change program is a year-long intervention that helps participants to make lasting lifestyle changes, like eating healthier, adding physical activity into their daily routine, and improving coping skills for stress.
During the first 16 sessions of the program, you will meet once a week.
During the remaining 10 sessions, you’ll meet twice a month.
